Thumbs up Diageo- Direct to Consumer Assistant Marketing Manager

Overall Channel responsibilities: (but not limited to the following):
Visitor Center E-Commerce consumers
Shareholders (Founders and Diageo Shareholders www.founderswineshop.com)
Employee Wine Sale (www.employeewineshop.com)
Ad hoc Event Support and management – e.g. Warehouse Sales, Expos etc.
Grow the Direct Channel delivering profitable revenues and growth rates.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of e-commerce marketing plans in VC and portfolio channel to effectively meet gross profit goals.
This includes:
Liaise with inventory management teams to ensure product mix for consumer campaigns
Provide pricing recommendations
Help manage orders
Support consumer fulfillment experience with VC’s and call center
Provide project management support for all VC E-Commerce efforts including:
Working with digital Marketing Manager and key vendors to implement day to day e-commerce needs for VC’s.
Provide voice of e-commerce for projects for DC&E – internally and with Norwalk stakeholders (examples of projects include: Euro-database, IS security needs, Google search and other related projects with etc.)
Coordinate social media voice on websites by working with digital Marketing Manager, agency and VC’s.
Manage budget
Provide business analysis for Quarterly Business Reviews with Manager and General Manager of Hospitality to identify key strategic challenge(s) and business opportunities, direct marketing and digital needs to be addressed, and support evaluations/changes for improvement.
Analyze website and e-commerce analytics to optimize e-commerce performance. Participate in site reviews quarterly with digital manager, VC e-commerce mgrs, brand teams etc. to optimize website performance.
Work cross functionally with digital Marketing Manager, VC E-Commerce Mgrs, inventory management teams, other strategic & planning colleagues, agency partners, discipline leads, and other internal partners to recognize and articulate transformational, game-changing ideas.
Provide thought leadership and points of view on Digital strategies including e-Commerce, Social Media, Digital in retail, etc.
